Smoked Honey Glazed Spareribs
Smoked St Louis style spareribs with sweat heat BBQ rub and pineapple chipotle sauce finished off on direct grill or griddle.
Pro Tip
- Place individual ribs on hot griddle top or in cast iron skillet to get burnt end results.
- The easiest way to remove membrane from the back of a rack of ribs is to use a paper towel and butter knife. Loosen the membrane at one end using a butter knife, sliding it under the membrane on the bone. Once you have it detached from one end, simply get a good grip and peel it away from the ribs. Use a paper towel to help get ahold of the membrane since it can be a little bit slippery.
