1. Set a grill/smoker to 375°F.
2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Season liberally with the seasoning.
3. Place the ribs on the grill, meat-side up, and cook, flipping every 15 minutes, for 1 hour, or until the internal temp is 145°F.
4. If you like, brush the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce and smoke for 15 minutes more.
5. Remove from the grill, cut the slabs into individual ribs, and enjoy.
