Smoked Brisket Sandwich with Comeback Sauce

Leftover smoked brisket sandwich with comeback mayo sauce, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 large whole brisket, leftover slices needed
  • Large Hawaiian roll or Brioche bread
  • Comeback sauce
  • Provolone cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Favorite BBQ sauce
  • Large tomato
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Slice brisket into thin slices.

2. Fold each slice in half and place on tray, add salt, pepper and 3 slices of cheese on top.

3. Place on grill, middle rack at 350˚F to melt cheese.

4. Toast bread on grill and spread comeback sauce once toasted.

5. Build sandwich with cheesy brisket, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, more salt, pepper to taste.

6. Serve and enjoy.

Pro Tip

  • Make 2 because you will absolutely want another.
