Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Black Pepper Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pure honey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper, plus more as needed
  • Kosher salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Brown sugar
  • 2 (1 1/2- to 2-pound) pork tenderloins

Directions

1. Set a grill/smoker to 350°F.

2. In a small bowl, stir together the honey and pepper and chill until ready to serve.

3. In a separate small bowl, stir together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and brown sugar to taste. Liberally season the pork on all sides with the seasoning mix.

4. Grill the pork for 15 minutes per side (30 minutes total), or until the internal temp reaches 145°F. Pull the pork off the grill and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

5. Cut the pork into 1/2-inch-thick slices and serve drizzled with the black pepper honey sauce or with the sauce alongside for dipping. Enjoy!
