Pro Tip
- For a reverse sear on your chops, pull from grill when chops reach internal temp of 125˚F. Let rest for 15 minutes while great heats to 600˚F. Cut into 2 bone chops, brush with oil or butter and sear for 2 minutes on each side or until internal temp reaches 145˚F.
