Double TroubleBrisket/Butt Hoagie

Ingredients

  • Favorite beef brisket, chopped
  • Favorite pulled pork, shredded
  • Large hoagie buns
  • Mayonnaise
  • South Carolina BBQ sauce
  • Chipotle sauce
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced banana peppers

Directions

1. Set a grill to 350°F. Toast the hoagie buns on the grill grates.

2. Warm up the brisket and pulled pork.

3. Build the hoagies by spreading mayo on the buns, then adding brisket slices and pulled pork. Finish with BBQ sauce and/or chipotle sauce, lettuce, and banana peppers to your preference.

Pro Tip

  • Add your favorite cheese for another layer of fla­vor—we absolutely love sliced American cheese on this sandwich.
