Crafted with a 100% estate-grown legacy rye mashbill from just 14 acres of farmland, this limited annual release represents a true single-batch farm-to-glass spirit. The whiskey is cut using pristine Cascade Mountain water naturally filtered through volcanic lava rock. It is then left to mature for a full five years in the harsh climate of the Central Oregon High Desert, building a deeply complex profile bottled at 93 proof

It was 1996, and all we wanted to do was live in the mountains and make great spirits. Over the years, that spark grew into a passion for making the best tasting spirits with the most natural ingredients available. Today, Crater Lake Spirits is one of Oregon’s oldest and largest distilleries serving up traditional spirits with spirited infusions.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: A rich, dark amber color honed over half a decade in new charred oak.
Nose: Oak and wood-forward. Inviting aromas of warm honey, brown sugar, apricots, and Brazil nuts take center stage, with a soft undercurrent of classic rye grain.
Palate: Robust yet smooth, balancing bold wood sugars and dark stone fruits against a gentle, warming cinnamon and peppery spice finish
