A beautifully floral creation with the addition of Juniper berries, Angelica root and Coriander. A slightly bitter, slightly herbal, and faintly nettle-like creation that pairs well with premium tonics.

6 oz Premium Tonic
Lemon Peel
Fresh Berries
METHOD:
Pour Cape Floral over ice in a Gin Goblet or Collins glass. Top with tonic and garnish with a lemon peel & fresh berries.
