THE MCLEMORE BOYS SHIPPING POLICY

We are here to make sure you get your products out as fast as we possibly can. You can rest assured that your order will be packed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days of placing your order. IF you have an emergency and need it quicker be sure to let us know in the order comments.

Who do we use to ship?

We use UPS & USPS to ship orders. 

Where do you ship? 

We ship to all the United States. We do not ship internationally. We do however, have wholesale relationships with companies internationally. If you would like to contact us about wholesale rates email info@themclemoreboys.com

When do you ship the order?

Your order will be shipped between 2 - 4 business days from the day you place your order. **We do have a few Apparel items that are printed on placement of order. These items will require 1 - 5 days to manufacture before being shipped.

Delivery Times and Transit

Once it is shipped it is now in the carriers hands. If you feel something has happened to your order please reach out to us and we will look into it and make it right.

Breakage or Loss

We do our absolute best to pack our products well so that there is no breakage. However, we do have the occasional broken bottle. If this is the case we will send you out a replacement immediately. Contact - info@themclemoreboys.com

International Shipping

We currently only ship in the United States.

If you purchase a product that is branded and shipped by another brand, we honor the policies of the website that ultimately ships the product.

LANE'S BBQ SHIPPING POLICY

You're Hungry, we completely get it! We are here to make sure you get your products out as fast as we possibly can. Free Shipping on all orders over $60

No catch - if your order is over $60 you will receive free shipping. This is order total: meaning if your total is $60, but you use one of our coupons and it drops your order total below $60 then you will not receive free shipping until your total including coupon is over $60.

GRILL RESCUE SHIPPING POLICY

Rescue ships to addresses located in the United States. Shipping and delivery times for orders vary based on location and may be estimated at the time of checkout or in your order confirmation. Please visit our Website for additional terms that may apply to your order. You can track your order here.

Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late shipments/missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after it has been submitted, please contact Customer Support by phone at (954) 519-2406 between 9AM-7PM EST Monday through Friday, or email (hello@grillrescue.com) immediately, or by filling out the web form here. You must contact us as soon as possible in order to modify or cancel your pending order. However, we frequently ship the same day that you order, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.

  

KC CATTLE COMPANY SHIPPING POLICY

The finest steaks deserve the best treatment on their journey from our door to yours. When we ship steaks, we promise they'll arrive full of flavor and ready to impress.

Packed for Freshness and Quality

Every order comes packed in a Styrofoam cooler or insulated box with dry ice or gel ice. Most food items, including our award-winning steaks, are sealed in vacuum sealed packaging, then flash frozen to seal in juices and flavor.

Each package includes:

  • Our exclusive Kansas City Steak Book with cooking tips, recipes and more
  • Your personalized gift message

Non-perishable items (such as seasoning packets, gift cards and paper gift certificates) ship via the US Postal Service.

Shipping Details

The easiest way to understand our delivery charges is to use our convenient shipping calendar during checkout. It clearly provides shipping prices and available delivery dates.

    • Orders placed via Standard delivery arrive during the week selected for $24.95 per address
    • If you'd like your order to arrive on a specific date, additional fees apply:
      • Overnight Delivery — add $40
      • Fixed Date Delivery — add $10
      • Saturday, 2-day Delivery — add $15
      • Saturday, Overnight Delivery — add $45

To ensure quality and on-time delivery, we ship on weekdays and not over weekends. Please keep this in mind when deciding which delivery option is best for you. 

    • Please double check the shipping address. All orders are shipped as “Driver Release,” meaning the package will be delivered to the recipient's address with no signature required. Packages can be left at any exterior door.
    • Please alert the recipient that a perishable gift is being delivered. The best way to do this is to provide the recipient's email address during checkout. We'll let them know when their package is on its way!
    • We ship to physical street addresses only. We cannot ship to post office boxes.
    • We can ship only to the 50 United States.
    • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are available for an additional $40 per address and are only shipped on Mondays via standard delivery.
    • Holiday delivery schedules are reflected in the shipping calendar in checkout.

Seasoning Packets, Gift Cards & Gift Certificate Shipping

These items are shipped free via US Postal Service. Allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery.

For faster delivery, you can upgrade your shipping as follows. Orders placed by 4pm Central Time ship the same day:

  • 2-Day Delivery - $9.95
  • Overnight Delivery - $14.95

Seasoning Packets shipped alone

Shipping costs are included in the cost of the item. Shipped alone, the seasoning packets ship via US Postal Service standard delivery and are delivered in 4 to 7 business days.

To expedite your shipment, call 800-524-1844 and request express delivery. Additional costs apply. Note that if you are ordering other perishable items, seasoning packets will be shipped by the same method as those items.  

E-Gift Certificates 

Let your favorite steak lovers choose their own delicious cuts with a Kansas City Steak Company e-gift certificate shipped free via same-day delivery right to your recipient's e-mail address. 

 

DRIFT DISTILLERY SHIPPING POLICY

Non-California residents are responsible for determining if their state laws allow wines, spirits or beer products to ship into their state. Each state has their own laws and regulations related to these products. Please check with your appropriate agencies. Each individual accepts responsibility for their state verification. 

Terms:

We prefer to ship to a business address.

No purchase of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products will be made to any person under the age of 21. 

Products cannot be shipped to a APO, FPO, PO Box or international (accept where legal and permitted).

We will arrange shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address furnished by the buyer that will not subject the seller to any sort of legal actions.

All products are sold in California, with title passing to buyer in California.

Please ensure that someone is at the establishment at time of delivery. 

Should any product be damaged during shipping please contact us by phone or e-mail. Please note that damaged product/s must returned to us to receive refund , Leak is not covered , there is in no way we could guarantee no leak , specially most bottles are hand made and they are not screw cap, but please let us know and some of those we could ask the importer for help . (we do pack very well and those issue seldom happen). Additionally extreme summer heat can cause bottles to pop open due to pressure building up. This is also not covered by us and will at the risk of the recipient. Finally any scratches and broken seals will not be covered. This can be caused during shipping and is out of our hands. 

We do not refund for stolen packages. Please ensure someone is at the establishment to receive your package at point of delivery. 

Returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and freight of $20. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and photo proof. Shipping fees is not something we could recover , we work on behave of you to recover what ever we could. 

Shipper will make few attempts to deliver before returning to gacraftspirits.com . These returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and freight plus a $20.00 return shipping fee.

All California residents are subject to sales tax  on taxable product. .

All shipping times are working days, Monday thru Friday. Most orders will be shipped as soon as they are verified; however, some orders will have delays do to availability. When ordering, please make sure that your billing address corresponds with the billing address your issuing credit card bank has on file for you. Orders will not be shipped until address and age verification can be obtained. Occasionally, some items are out of stock and will cause a few days delay, some items do not show backorder status on the web so we suggest that you call the store for availability before you submit your order. 

Should any product be damaged during shipping, please email info@gacraftspirits.com  so we can pursue a claim with the shipping company.

If you receive a wine that is corked and is within in thirty days of purchase date please contact our customer service department at (949 264 6058. We do not guarantee wines after seven years of vintage date. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable. We do not recommend ground delivery for wines, because of the potential heat exposure. We cannot be responsible for damaged wines due to the selection of ground delivery. It is not our responsibility on wines after they leave our warehouse. We will hold wines at no additional charge until temperature condition are more suitable for shipping.

 

ROSEWOOD BLOCK & CO. SHIPPING POLICY

FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes – orders with a P.O. Box will be invoiced for additional charges & shipped USPS Priority. Hawaii & Alaska will ship FedEx at one flat rate calculated at checkout.

Orders under 5lbs will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority.

RoseWood Block is not responsible for delays. RoseWood Block is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Questions in regards or for information pertaining to your order after it has shipped please call FedEx or USPS.

Tax: Arkansas residents will be charged 9% tax.

Turnaround Time

BLOCK orders will start upon payment in full. We acclimate, cut, place each wood. Sealing it with a natural food grade mineral oil. While butcher BLOCKS may be replicated, no two are the same.

We try to give estimated lead times but we ask that you please understand that if your block at any point acclimated poorly meaning cracks form, movement in the wood or any structurally unsound or aesthetically unpleasing defects are found we will rebuild this could delay beyond our original estimated lead time. We are currently estimating 12 weeks for order to be completed & shipped. This is not our goal as we want to take as many orders as possible but we pride ourselves on our quality builds that we make one at a time.

BACKYARD BANGER SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us, online or in person. 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. Generally a third-party supplier will be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. 

Shipping costs are usually not included in the product price and will be calculated during checkout based on your Zip Code. Shipping costs do vary from time-to-time and from state-to-state and are subject to change.

Our primary products are packaged and optimized for logistical efficiency to keep the costs as low as possible, but they are still large and heavy items so shipping can be expensive. For the Backyard Banger, this can range from $350 to $550 depending on your geographical location.  Our other products are smaller and lighter, therefore the shipping cost ranges are cheaper. Please contact us at support@bybanger.com if this is a concern to you prior to purchasing.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We are currently configured to ship only within the continental United States. If you are located beyond our current shipping zone, reach out to us to discuss if you would like to inquire about having a Banger shipped to you, but realize that it could be very costly and shipping is a cost the customer is responsible for.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RDC SHOE COMPANY SHIPPING POLICY

- Shipping and Handling is free during the month of April for Domestic shipping excluding Hawaii and Alaska
