Smoked BBQ Brunswick stew with pulled pork.
1. In large pot on Med/High heat, add olive oil to sauté onion, peppers, celery, and minced garlic until soft.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients in pot, simmer for 20 mins, stirring every few minutes.
3. Remove from stove, place on grill or smoker and smoke with in-direct heat at 275˚F for 2 to 3 hours, uncovered.
4. Stir every 30 mins to blend flavors together.
5. Remove from smoker, let cool and serve with your favorite bread.
