Smoked bone-in whole pork rib roast, seasoned with brown sugar rub and spritzed with apple juice.

1 - 8 bone-in pork loin rib roast
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Kosher salt
1/4 cup BBQ dry seasoning
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
16 ounces apple juice
1. Set Grill to 450˚F.
2. Lightly trim excess fat off pork roast.
3. Mix all dry ingredients together and season all sides of pork roast.
4. Push rotisserie spit rod directly through center of roast and lock in both claws.
5. Place rotisserie on grill over direct heat for 75 to 90 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145˚F.
6. Spritz roast with apple Juice every 15 minutes.
7. Remove rotisserie from grill and let rest for 15 minutes before cutting into individual chops.
Serve and enjoy.
For a reverse sear on your chops, pull from grill when chops reach internal temp of 125˚F. Let rest for 15 minutes while great heats to 600˚F. Cut into 2 bone chops, brush with oil or butter and sear for 2 minutes on each side or until internal temp reaches 145˚F.
