Griddled smashed and seared Mini Cheeseburger sliders served on a Hawaiian bun.

2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon onion powder
Kosher Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
2 tablespoon hot sauce
2 tablespoon mild steak sauce
Your favorite Cheese slice
Mayo or Comeback sauce
Dill hamburger pickles
1 pack of Hawaiian Buns
1 – 9” x 13” aluminum pan
1. Set griddle to medium/high heat.
2. Combine 2 beaten eggs with all spices.
3. Pour over hamburger meat and thoroughly mix.
4. Cover and let sit in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours (optional).
5. Divide into 12 burgers in pan and make into individual balls (1/6 pound each).
6. Season griddle with extra virgin olive oil and kosher salt.
7. Mix hot sauce and steak sauce together to brush on burgers while griddling.
8. Smash into ½” think burgers on griddle and sear for total of 6-8 minutes, flip every 2 minutes and brush with sauce mix.
9. Add thick layer of cheese and close grill lid until melted.
10. Pull off griddle and build on Hawaiian bun with comeback sauce and pickles.
If you want your burger more well done, flip and cook for an additional 2 to 3 more minutes.
