Justin graduated with a degree in Zoology, and spent time doing paleontology work in Montana. Through his travels around the country and world, he gained a love for spirits, and became interested in the idea of making his own. As a self-taught distiller, he has spent the last several years talking with other distillers, reading books and articles, and most importantly, working on new products! His wide portfolio of experience has led to some amazing products, and he’s always working on the next crazy idea!
