Fermented entirely with naturally occurring yeast\u003cbr\u003ein a mixture of old French oak barrels and puncheons, it is an alternative style of\u003cbr\u003esauvignon blanc with an alluring array of golden-flesh peaches, candied pineapple\u003cbr\u003eand melon with hints of elderflower and brioche. This is a moreish wine with a rich,\u003cbr\u003ecreamy palate underpinned by a long, citrus finish.\u003cbr\u003eIn order to retain maximum flavour and mouthfeel we have chosen to bottle this wine\u003cbr\u003ewithout fining or filtration.
